Getting Started

GrooveGrid is a desktop workflow system designed for music producers. It helps you manage projects, track production stages, organize files, and launch your DAW from one place.
No. GrooveGrid is a local-first desktop application. Your projects and files stay on your computer and the app works offline.
All projects and data are stored locally on your machine. GrooveGrid does not upload your music files to any cloud service.

Download & Installation

You can download the GrooveGrid desktop app from the download page. An account is only needed for account-based features such as sign-in and subscriptions.
GrooveGrid currently supports Windows 10 and later versions.

Subscription & Billing

GrooveGrid Pro unlocks unlimited projects, advanced workflow tracking, and the full Analytics experience including weekly focus, top projects, stage breakdowns, and session history.
Yes. Free users can track focused work time per project, see the live timer in the app, and view Today and Total tracked time. The dedicated Analytics page and deeper reporting are available on GrooveGrid Pro.
When you cancel your subscription, the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to GrooveGrid Pro features until that period ends.
Yes. If you cancel your subscription and later decide to upgrade again, you can subscribe from the pricing page. A new subscription will be created and billing will begin immediately.
Payments are non-refundable once processed. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of the billing period.
