• Project files and workspace data are intended to remain on your machine.
• Files remain in user-defined directories.
• The desktop app uses local storage on your device for app metadata and workflow data.

3. Account and Authentication

• Account features may require sign-up, sign-in, email verification, or device login.
• We store account records needed to authenticate you and manage access to free or paid features.
• The website may store authentication tokens in your browser to keep you signed in.

4. Billing and Payments

• Paid subscriptions are processed through Razorpay.
• GrooveGrid may store billing metadata such as your subscription status, payment reference, customer identifier, billing amount, and renewal date.
• GrooveGrid does not store full payment card or bank details in this website codebase.

5. Email and Service Providers

• GrooveGrid may send verification and billing-related emails.
• GrooveGrid uses third-party providers for specific functions such as Google sign-in, payment processing, and transactional email delivery.

6. Analytics, Logging, and Security

• We do not currently use advertising trackers or product analytics on the website.
• We may keep basic server-side logs and request metadata for security, reliability, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
• Since GrooveGrid is local-first, the security of your project files also depends on the security of your own device and environment.
