Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your GrooveGrid subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future renewals, but your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Payments are non-refundable once processed.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your GrooveGrid subscription at any time through your account settings. No notice period is required.
2. When Cancellation Takes Effect
When you cancel a subscription, the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to GrooveGrid Pro features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
3. Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable once processed. This applies to all subscription fees, whether charged monthly or annually. Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.
4. Exceptions
In cases of billing errors or unauthorized charges, please contact our support team immediately at support@groovegrid.org. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
5. Free Trial
GrooveGrid may offer a free trial period for certain plans. You can cancel at any time during the trial. If the trial is cancelled before it ends, no charges will be applied.
